As well as completing traditional retained executive search assignments, seeking C-Suite, SVP and VP talent, T.I.D International Ltd also works on specialist sole contributor positions and other roles up and down organisational levels, where traditional "search" companies won't go.
T.I.D International Ltd also offers consultancy services to internal talent acquisition teams, working alongside those teams responsible for attracting talent, or, where those teams don't exist, acting in their place whilst companies scale.
T.I.D International Ltd was founded in 2018 by Paul Bulteel. Paul has more than 20 years experience servicing the talent needs of the Life Science industry.
Prior to founding T.I.D International Ltd, Paul was a Partner and Global Practice Leader for Medical Devices and Diagnostics at a Global Boutique Executive Search firm. He also worked for a multi industry practice global search firm.
Paul started his career with global Life Science boutique Executive Search Consultancy. Paul was with the Company for 11 years helping to build the service offering of the business from concentrating on Pharma R&D to offering a complete A-Z functional offering across the entire Life Science spectrum.
In his career to date, Paul has completed over 500 assignments for clients at all stages of company evolution and across every function but all in Life Science.
T.I.D International Ltd is first and foremost an executive search consultancy focused exclusively on the life science sector. As such we offer retained executive search services aimed specifically at attracting, recruiting and retaining talent, for our clients, regardless of the level of positions within their organisation.
Traditionally, retained executive search services have been seen as being reserved for client companies to attract the most senior talent to an organisation. This however, isn't the case. The retained model works at all levels of an organisation, its benefit being that it is proactive and targeted to specific pools of talent, based on the needs of the client. What has made it seemingly, out of reach, is the fee model of most of the executive search firms, who have to charge significant minimum fees.
At T.I.D International Ltd, our aim is to take retained executive search to all clients regardless of their size, their revenue or the level of the position they need filling. with no "minumum" fee, can make it both affordable and efficient.
The heartbeat of every organisation, no matter the size, is its people. At T.I.D International we know that only to well and understand that what is needed today, may not be what is needed tomorrow. In order to combat the skills shortage, T.I.D International is able to assist internal talent acquisition teams in building a pipeline of future talent.
In most cases Companies have more talent at their disposal than they know. Sometimes it is the opportunity to promote from within that adds the most value to your business. In order to gain comfort that the internal candidates can indeed offer the value required, T.I.D International is able to conduct external benchmarking assessments.
